In the few days since Panini America’s 2012 Prestige Football went live, one thing is certain. The product is more than living up to pre-release hype. The first 2012 NFL product on the market to include members of the new rookie class in their NFL uniforms has generated several eye-popping sales since releasing late last week.

Among the most intriguing to date: An Andrew Luck Prestigious Picks Patch Autograph that changed hands for $425, a base Prestige Autograph of Robert Griffin III that sold for $399.95 and a copy of Eric LeGrand’s Base SSP Rookie Card that drew $46.99.
