2012 Elite Football & the Panini Unwrapped Episode You Don’t Want to Miss

July 25, 2012

Collectors, rejoice! The day has arrived. 2012 Elite Football launches today, packing acetate Rookie Inscriptions autographs, must-chase Rookie Cards of the top NFL newcomers, some of the most-adored parallels in the football collecting universe and so much other goodness.

And Panini America celebrates Elite’s arrival with this special episode of Panini Unwrapped during which Tracy Hackler and Chris Reed establish what is believed to be a box-breaking record for using the word “nice.” In addition, there’s a must-see blooper reel at the end of the video sure to leave you in stitches.

Oh, and if you want to be eligible to win the hits from this break or a box of 2012 Elite Football, all you have to do is post a link to this video on your Facebook page, Tweet it out or add your own video response to the break on YouTube. (Oh, and after you’ve done any of those things, let us know in the comments section so we can check it out.)

Thanks for watching, and may the rest of your week be truly . . . Elite.

I must say those 2012 Elite Football cards are really NICE!!! Thank You Folks I’ll be here all night. I just had to get that out of my system. Back to the point my son and I look forward to Elite every season by far our favorite set to collect and has been for many years. We collect the Hit List cards as we are big fans of the defensive side of the ball. It’s a little known fact that defense wins championships/Offense sells football cards:) It’s nice to see the defense get alittle recognition. We look forward to cracking open a box or two. Thanks for the video good stuff guys. We posted a link on our Facebook Page.

I must also say I was a little disappointed in the bloopers though. I was expecting a break out dance performance like in the Bieber break. an ELITE dancing style.

I am curious about something else many boxes did you open during the re shoot and re shoot. Or did you find a way to rewrap each time?

Also loved the GLOW you guys gave Mr. Tebow.

We only busted two boxes. A third one was unwrapped but the packs were not opened. It was a long, weird day yesterday when we filmed that one. We were wither giddy or punch drunk.
