Everything You Need to Know in One Post: Panini America at the 2012 National

August 1, 2012

BALTIMORE — Finally, the day has come. The 2012 National Sports Collectors Convention begins this afternoon inside the Baltimore Convention Center, and this much is certain: All of us here at Panini America have every intention of stealing the show one more time.

We’ve been teasing the myriad ways we plan to do that for the last three weeks right here on The Knight’s Lance. But it occurred to us late last night that we’ve yet to publish one comprehensive post detailing everything that we have going on and everything that we’ve previewed. That’s where this handy post comes in.

Below, you’ll find links to every 2012 National post we’ve published to date, a collective wealth of must-read information that will provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your time this week at the Panini America booth.

We can’t wait to see you.

Quick question. If we order from your website, do you open the redemption packs for us in case we hit a redemption for merchandise?

Very nice mtg u Tracy. Hafta say Im very upset @ pack redemptions. Was gonna buy box of Prime Cuts to get 12 packs, but sale on Limited Baseball so I got 2 of those. I was next in line when packs “ran out”. Then a # of packs were “found”. Told us they could only give packs for one box per person so I only got 6. Would’ve bought the Prime Cuts. WORST part was that after Panini opened my box, reps say not to bother opening people’s boxes. Just give packs out. So, I then watch someone get 12 packs for their Prime Cuts and pass the sealed box back to someone else on line who also got 12 packs THEN they returned the unopened box! I honestly would’ve been fine not getting any packs if it was fair (first come first served), but me and a few others got screwed at the end bc of unscrupulous people & Panini’s decision to break from policy they laid out. Not sure why Panini didn’t handle these “found” packs like they handled the last box and all the previous boxes. Very uncool.

Not to be totally whiny…I know it wasn’t ur decision. Just voicing my frustration. U were more than cool there and I saw you working your butt off. I appreciate the photo op.
