Panini America 2013 NFL Sticker Album

Panini America, the leading global publisher of sports and entertainment collectibles and the official trading card and sticker manufacturer of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, today revealed the six cover athletes who will appear on the Official 2013 Panini NFL Sticker & Album Collection.

The Official 2013 Panini NFL Sticker & Album collection features six of the NFL’s top quarterbacks, including former Super Bowl MVPs Tom Brady of the New England Patriots and Peyton Manning of the Denver Broncos. Those two veteran superstars are joined by young passers Robert Griffin III (Washington Redskins), Colin Kaepernick (San Francisco 49ers), Andrew Luck (Indianapolis Colts) and Russell Wilson (Seattle Seahawks).

“Every year we feature many of the top NFL players on our NFL Sticker Collection cover and this year, as we were reviewing the candidates, it was impossible for us to ignore the success of the young passers in the game and the level of anticipation they have built in their NFL cities for the upcoming season and among all NFL fans,” said Jason Howarth, Vice President of Marketing for Panini America. “This is the first time we have featured an all-quarterback cover.”

The 72-page full-color album includes 488 new stickers (360 standard stickers, including 32 NFL Rush Zone Team Rusher stickers, 96 Foil stickers and 32 Holo Glitter stickers). It also includes special sections devoted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2013, Super Bowl XLVII and the NFL Rush Zone.

New for 2013 is Panini America’s online Digital NFL Sticker Collection that will allow fans to build virtual collections at In addition to giving fans and collectors the opportunity to build their collections online, customers can win prizes by completing Digital Albums or specific team pages.

“In a relatively short amount of time, the Official NFL Sticker & Album Collection has become one of the most popular and successful mass-retail products in our portfolio, and it has shown significant growth every year,” said Panini America CEO Mark Warsop. “The addition of a virtual component to the NFL Sticker Collection is an exciting development that further enhances the collectibility and engages NFL fans to trade and swap their digital stickers within a larger community of NFL fans.”

2013 NFL Sticker Collection packets include seven stickers and retail for $1, while the 72-page album will retail for $2. The Official NFL Sticker & Album Collection is available at retailers nationwide including Target, Walmart, Michaels, Learning Express, AC Moore, Shopko, K-mart and Dollar Tree. The collection is also available at the Panini America Online store.

Stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance later this week for a must-see episode of Panini Unwrapped starring this year’s collection.

Hi Tracy I know this is a year away but do you know or think 2014 score football will have jumbos?

Good question. I would assume with the success of this year’s launch that we would go the jumbo route for hobby again next year, but check back with us over the next several months as we firm up our plans for the 2014 NFL season. Thanks.
