Panini America Documents the ‘Memory of a Lifetime’ at Pro Football Hall of Fame
In the span of 14 days and five different cities, the Panini America team pulled off nothing short of a miracle in what will go down as one of busiest and most talked about stretches in company history. With teams and events in Toronto, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Canton and New Jersey, the Panini America family was everywhere, doing what it does best — putting on a show for collectors and gathering content for the masses. Panini America Officials were present at the 2013 Pro Football Hall of Fame Induction Weekend to capture the memory of a lifetime for four lucky contest winners.
Back in September of 2012, Panini America launched the “Hall of Fame” contest promotion contest which spanned three products (Gridiron Football, Prestige Basketball & Cooperstown Baseball) and net three lucky winners one trip each to the respective sport’s Hall of Fame, and one really lucky Grand Prize winner, the opportunity of a lifetime with trips to ALL three Hall of Fame induction weekends. For Steven Keen and his 10-year-old son Aaron, it was a weekend they won’t soon forget. To put it in his word’s . . . “it’s the memory of a lifetime.”
Steven and his son were treated to almost every single event the weekend had to offer, including the exclusive 2013 Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony, the Gameday Hall of Fame Roundtable for the new inductees, and the Hall of Fame Game featuring the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins. For the father/son duo from Pekin, Illinois, it was a tremendous bonding experience and unforgettable opportunity to be among the NFL’s all-time greatest players.
Not only were we on hand to capture the memories of the three contest winners, but Panini America representatives Chris Reed and Jeremy Johnson were also front and center at the Hall of Fame Merchandise tent to sample 2013 NFL Sticker Albums, sell 2013 Panini NFL trading cards and conduct impromptu box breaks for eager collectors. The electric atmosphere on the sport’s most hallowed grounds in conjunction with the presence of Panini America and over 120 returning Hall of Fame alumni were enough to the keep 50th Anniversary of the Pro Football Hall of Fame abuzz.
We’ve put together yet another gigantic photo gallery of entertaining pics along with video interviews from the contest winners themselves. Make sure to leave your feedback in the comments section below and we’ll pick winners both for this contest and this one.
