Teaser Gallery: Panini America Opens Early Boxes of 2013 Crown Royale Football Retail

February 16, 2014

Panini America 2013 Crown Royale Football Retail Teaser (1)

While we await the Quality Control results from Panini America’s packout for 2013 Crown Royale Football Hobby, we’re going to finish the preview we started late last week of 2013 Crown Royale Football Retail. On the heels of Thursday’s Quality Control Gallery, we bring you today’s Teaser Gallery that takes you pack-by-pack through three boxes of a quite engaging retail version of the product.

Although each four-pack retail box of 2013 Crown Royale Football promises two autograph or memorabilia cards, two of the three boxes we opened yielded three autograph or memorabilia cards and a host of retail-exclusive parallels, inserts and low-numbered chases. Enjoy this special Sunday sneak peek and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage of 2013 Crown Royale Football.

Lookin’ good! What’s the SRP and when should we expect to see them in stores??

    • February 16, 2014 5:52 pm

Just confirmed the SRP is $40. Not bad at all for that value. Should be on store shelves by the end of the month.

Agreed. Sounds good. Will have to keep my eye out for them.

What is the price for retail for a pack and when should it hit the shelf at target?

These really are some beautiful cards! I love that box design too! Something about opening a box to reveal a centerpiece that gets me giddy!! Hahaha

I love Crown Royale and the price is great but I am pretty surprised to see practice squad players on the checklist. Even as a Seahawks fan I would be disappointed pulling a B.J. Daniels autograph, especially in a 49ers uniform.

Don’t get me wrong, this is still a beautiful product and I look forward to busting packs.

I wish silhouette cards looked like 2011 but with the pop of these colors. Still a descent product for the price but i noticed a higher demand for the RPAs pre 2012.

Is this like elite extra edition contenders retail where it is full of the lower tier autos?

Got some at my local target today and they are $40.00 per box. Pulled a Black parallel 1/1 autograph of Arthur Brown!
