Clearly, there’s a buzz building around the company’s first licensed collegiate trading card product that arrives in late April. Stefano previewed some of the cards during a lengthy presentation that was heavy on key product developments. Today, we’re going to fan the flames of anticipation with an extended look at some of the NFL stars who are going back to school in the set.
Each hobby box of 2015 Contenders Draft Picks Football (eight cards per pack, 24 packs per box) will deliver, on average, six autographs and 48 inserts or parallels. The product will feature autographs from the top players included in the 2015 NFL Draft as well as autographs from several NFL players featured in their college uniforms.
We’ll have plenty more on 2015 Contenders Draft Picks Football in the coming days right here on The Knight’s Lance. Until then, though, check out these initial previews.

Any chance there will be Syracuse players in the set? UD did a terrible job of utilizing the Syracuse legends…
Love it!
Some of these are really great looking. And that might be the first photo I’ve ever seen of Julius Thomas playing CFB.
Can’t wait to see you do the cards for Duke Johnson & the rest of the Hurricanes like this.
So sweet!!! I’m so pumped u guys at Panini got the collegiate license!! Can’t wait to buy some boxes when this comes out!
Looks cool. Not much of a college football uni person unless they are rookies or a flashback insert but should be interesting to open since I am a Contenders fan.
Love the look of the cards. Many bright and crisp action shots!! The large logo in the background is a huge plus! Definitely interested!!!
Interesting first glimpse at this new product and license, looking forward to some new innovations to be added now that colleges are added. Maybe something with mascots or classic rivalries? Thanks Tracy!
Upper Deck has done a great job with this license, you have a lot to live up to.
Those look great
Will their be any Ohio state player’s in this set?
