Panini America Super Bowl XLIX Patriots Tribute Set (3)

Yesterday morning, just 10 days after one of the most dramatic, scintillating and epic games in the 49-year history of the Super Bowl, Panini America completed a feat that was every bit as impressive as the New England Patriots’¬†28-24 Super Bowl XLIX victory over the Seattle Seahawks: It finished printing the commemorative New England Patriots Super Bowl XLIX Champions tribute set, a 25-card homage featuring 18 player cards and seven cards honoring the game’s biggest moments. Oh, and every card in the set features photography from the big game.

We’ve previewed various aspects of the set in the last week right here on The Knight’s Lance. Today, we’re bringing you the exclusive first look at every card in the set, including the premiere glimpse as the first NFL-licensed trading cards of Super Bowl XLIX hero Malcolm Butler. You can order the set now at iCollectPanini.com. It’s already started shipping to retail outlets and should arrive at select locations next week.

Very well designed set, the trouble for collectors will be to keep these sealed or bust them open…everyone should buy 2 so they don’t have to decide! Thanks Tracy!
