So proud for all the inductees, with particular pride for those I viewed “in-action”. Jo Jo White and his MVP 76 finals, Dikembe at Georgetown and for the great NBA years, George Ravelling while coaching in NCAA, Spencer Haywood in the 1980 NBA finals, Louis Dampier, listening on WHAS radio from far away when he played for the Colonels, and finally Rick Bavetta, for his great officiating for 2000 games plus. On the contrary side, there is NO WAY John Calipari deserves to be inducted. Two of his three final four teams stripped of honors for cheating violations, which of course he knew nothing about. As a retired military Colonel, I knew everything about my key staff and was responsible for Any unlawful acts committed in or around the aircraft. Calipari certainly is responsible, even if he didn’t know, that is the price of command. By indicting Calipari, the Naismith HOF is overlooking the most important criteria for induction, INTEGRITY.

If you haven’t been to the HOF before, you should. This should be all the added incentive you need to make the trip! Thanks Tracy!

How can I get a set of these? My health prevents me from traveling to the Hall of Fame, even though it’s only about 3 hours away from home.

I just finished my blog post about the 2015 Hall of Fame inductees a few moments ago…(http://cardboardhistory.blogspot.com/2015/09/2015-basketball-hall-of-fame-inductees.html) It sure would be nice to be able to post an update showing the other people that previously had no cards.

As far as I know that is the first card in history of an NBA referee.
