Panini Authentic Preparing a Championship Tribute to Cavs Superstar Kyrie Irving

June 23, 2016

Panini Authentic Kyrie Champ Blog

So much has changed in the relatively short time since Panini Authentic officials last sat down with Panini America-exclusive athlete Kyrie Irving for a signing session. The last time, Irving hadn’t averaged 27.1 points per game in the 2016 NBA Finals. He hadn’t scored 41 points in a win-or-start-the-offseason Game 5. He hadn’t helped direct one of the most improbable comebacks in NBA Finals history.

Indeed, the last time Panini Authentic officials sat down with Irving, he wasn’t an NBA champion. Now that he is, well, it changes . . . everything. Including that next signing session, which is in the process of being scheduled as you read this. And when it happens in the coming days, the Panini Authentic Kyrie Championship Collection will be ready.

In the meantime, the first four limited-edition pieces in the new collection are available via pre-sell now at Headlining the new championship tribute are two 16-by-20 photographs (“Victory” and “NBA Champs”), a Cavaliers red Swingman jersey with the inscription “15-16 NBA Champ” and a Spalding NBA basketball with the “15-16 NBA Champ” inscription.

You can preview all of the items, which are available via pre-order now, in the gallery that follows.

    Awesome looking stuff!

Hope he took the time to get some of his ink on his outstanding redemptions.

Any update on when one might expect to see his HRX video card???
