Panini America Issues Statement Regarding Flawless Card in Immaculate Basketball

Panini America officials on Thursday confirmed what one collector in Taipei surprisingly discovered firsthand earlier this week: The recent release of 2015-16 Immaculate Basketball unintentionally included the Kristaps Porzingis 1/1 Logoman Autograph produced for 2015-16 Flawless Basketball, which begins packing out Friday.

After thoroughly researching the situation, company officials discovered that the Porzingis Logoman Autographs for both products were miscataloged and placed into the wrong packout queue. The Flawless Logoman was included in Immaculate; the Immaculate Logoman will be packed out in Flawless.

Oh, I thought you were going to say it was simply ‘mislabeled’…

I wouldn’t care which one it was. I would be stoked to have a logoman auto of Porzingis.

Oops, nice to see it wasn’t a redemption!

So what is being done as now that’s two products missing the hit they were supposed to have? Two biggest releases that I’m sure every person who is buying is hoping to get. And no, just because they were swapped doesn’t make it equal. If I’m buying Flawless it’s for Flawless. Immaculate for Immaculate.

Seems like a perfectly reasonable accommodation to the problem, glad it was acknowledged. Thanks Tracy!
