Earlier this week we brought you a revealing Quality Control Gallery showcasing the many merits of Panini America’s upcoming 2016-17 Limited Basketball. While just about everything that product has to offer was previewed in that blog post. But as we get closer to next Wednesday’s release date, we wanted to take some time to more carefully examine some of the product’s unique game-worn and player-worn memorabilia inserts, including the refreshingly different Preparation insert.

In addition to being a tough pull at once every other case or so, the Preparation insert features seldom-used pregame photography and player-worn shooting shirts and warmups. It’s a different-by-design kind of concept that benefits greatly from true-to-theme imagery and aesthetics. Also featured below are some of the prime-memorabilia versions of the Team Trademarks and Unlimited Potential Materials inserts.

Enjoy the preview and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage of 2016-17 Limited Basketball.
