This final month or so of Panini America’s 2016 NFL collecting season promise to be fast, furious and overwhelmingly productive — beginning this Friday with the release of the highly anticipated 2016 Plates & Patches Football. We’ve spent the last several weeks teasing bits and pieces of the product that delivers a stirring revival of a proud brand from the past. Today, we’re pulling the curtain back in a major way with an expansive Quality Control Gallery.

On average, each box of 2016 Plates & Patches Football will deliver one autograph, one memorabilia card, one Printing Plate, one base card and base parallel. Each case will yield five Rookie Patch Autographs and five on-card autographs. Collectors can find full rookie nameplate pieces in the rarest of the Full Coverage cards and every card in the program is numbered to 99 or less.

We’ll have plenty more on 2016 Plates & Patches Football in the coming days. But for now, enjoy this extended preview gallery featuring just some of the gems that surfaced during last week’s packout process.
