Panini America 2017 Contenders Draft Picks Basketball Teaser1

Just when you think this summer is coming to an end, be ready: Another hobby heat wave is coming — and it’s going to be a scorcher. It’s scheduled to arrive tomorrow in hobby shops across North America and likely will last well into next year. Such is the heat-generating force that is the 2017 NBA rookie crop.

The first mainstream product to feature Markelle Fultz, Lonzo Ball, Jayson Tatum, Josh Jackson, De’Aaron Fox and the rest of the potential-packed 2017 NBA Draft Class is upon us with Wednesday’s arrival of 2017 Contenders Draft Picks Basketball. On average, each hobby box (18 cards per pack, six packs per box) will deliver six autographs, one parallel and a colorful assortment of base cards and inserts honoring both last season’s greatest college performers and some of the NBA’s best current stars.

The revealing Teaser Gallery that follows takes you pack by pack through three early boxes of the product. As you’ll see, the potential for a prolonged hot streak is real. If you missed last week’s Quality Control Galery post, you can check that out here.

Enjoy the early look and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage.
