2025 NATIONAL: PANINI BLACK BOX REDEMPTION EXCHANGE PROGRAM GUIDE & INFORMATION

The 2025 National Sports Card Convention is right around the corner, and Panini America’s Customer Service team will once again be set up to provide it’s Panini Black Box Redemption Exchange Program to collectors.

For those who are unfamiliar with this program, Panini America will provide collectors with an opportunity to exchange their redemptions that are over 120 days old with a 1/1 Panini Black Box (or boxes) at the iconic Panini America booth at the 2025 NSCC. A 1/1 Panini Black Box is a guaranteed mystery on-card autograph that will be embossed and stickered as an official 1/1 Black Box card and is exclusive to the NSCC.

Here are some rules and tips to keep in mind for those who are interested in this program.

  • You must book an appointment to be eligible for the Panini Black Box Redemption Exchange Program. Appointments are booked online through Panini America’s website. You will have to select a day and time slot that you will be able to attend in-person to receive your Panini Black Boxes. (PANINI’S BLACK BOX REDEMPTION EXHANGE PROGRAM IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PANINI AMERICA’S CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL NOT BE PROVIDING PANINI BLACK BOXES TO ANYONE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT)
  • If you book an appointment, you will have the ability to select up to ten different redemptions on your account that are over 120 days old to be replaced with a Panini Black Box or boxes (the number of boxes you receive is pre-determined by the Panini America Customer Service Team).
  • The redemptions you select for your appointment will be individually valued and then combined into a total value that will be applied to your appointment. You will receive a Panini Black Box or boxes that are deemed to be of equal or greater value than the total assessed value on your appointment. Redemptions that are being exchanged are valued predominantly through Beckett.com with other tools being used as well.
  • Your Panini Black Box(es) may contain cards from any sport, year, or program (For example, if you are trading out only basketball redemptions, there is still a possibility you may receive a Black Box card from a different sport).
  • Photography and videography are prohibited when participating in the Panini Black Box Exchange Program. Panini America staff may ask you to put your phone or cameras away while in line at this section of the Panini America booth. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.
  • Please be respectful to Panini America’s staff, as well as other collectors when at the Panini America booth. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.
  • All Black Box exchanges are final.

If you are interested in booking a Panini Black Box appointment at this year’s NSCC, this year’s appointments will be booked online through the Panini America website on June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM CST and will close on July 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Appointments WILL fill very quickly so please keep that in mind.
