Panini Customer Service at the 2026 National Sports Collectors Convention

The 2026 National Sports Collectors Convention is right around the corner and Panini will again have a notable presence on many fronts, including customer service. With so much going on for collectors, Panini wants to make sure every need is met over the course of five days.

The Paini CS team will be available each day at The National, with the following hours: 

• Wed. July 29th (2:00-8:00 PM)
• Thur. July 30th (10:00 AM- 5:00 PM)
• Fri. July 31st (10:00 AM- 5:00 PM)
• Sat. Aug. 1st (10:00 AM- 4:00 PM)
• Sun. Aug 2nd (10:00 AM- 2:00 PM)

The beloved Black Boxes will return and once again feature booklets while also including Eminence Silver, Gold and Platinum bar cards. This is substantial news because previously, bar cards were featured in very select circumstances. They’ll now be found in abundance throughout black boxes.

Black Box appointments will be taking a different form this year. 

Instead of the first-come, first-serve basis of years past, there is now a lottery-based system that will be open for 12 hours (10 A.M to 10 P.M.) on July 8th. Collectors can register for a Black Box appointment on our website by going to the “Panini Events” page, which is accessible underneath the “Resources” tab on the website, or by clicking here.

Once registration closes, appointments will be randomized among all registrations and collectors will be emailed about whether or not they were randomly selected for an appointment. If they did receive an appointment, their confirmation email will include all of the details they need to know, including the day and time of their appointment.
