Seemingly every new autograph that arrives (including some of the coolest dual-signed, vertically oriented booklets you’ve ever seen) is greeted by heartfelt “oohs” and “aahs,” the result of impeccable penmanship from an absolutely stacked checklist of baseball royalty. To be sure, the in-progress product has come a long way in the two short weeks since we brought you the first pre-ink peek. As a result, we felt compelled to give you a stunning visual update.
The star-studded cast of on-card signers who’ve already returned their America’s Pastime treasures (including Jose Canseco, Ken Griffey Jr., Chipper Jones, Mike Trout, Bo Jackson and more) has helped the product take shape in a big way. You can check out exactly what we mean in the gallery that follows.
Enjoy the sights and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage of 2013 America’s Pastime Baseball as the ship date draws closer.
CANSECO!? Ohhh hell ya!
sick booklets…
Hell Yeah!! Eric Davis/Barry Larkin??
Sweet Mother Hubbard, absolutely dynamite stuff!!!
The dual booklets appear to be comprised of athletes that have direct, or at least sensible, relationships with one another. The singles are no less exciting; the Canseco? I echo the “hell yeah” from above, and am thrilled to see Schilling, Thomas and cats like Palmer.
I love the redesign; a product called “America’s Pastime” SHOULD be special, and the prospects of pulling a card(s) that a collector can’t wait to post pics’ of SHOULD be excellent. The preliminaries are of a really, REALLY sharp-looking product with a clear profile and niche.
What, pray tell, is the projected MSRP?
Thanks for the tease Hackler!
Great feedback, Jamey, as always. Let me check on the SRP.
Simply stunning array of autos, I hope they all get signed prior to pack out. Thanks Tracy!
Really sharp looking stuff guys..man I wished you had the MLB license!
I like the autos but the pictures seem squished to cover no logos. Take a little more time on that little item and this product looks like a total winner. I will be buying a few.
Those rookie cards look clean and elegant. Can’t wait for the checklist, hopefully you have someone from the Padres.
Hmmm those booklets are very ‘tater tot’ worthy additions to this product. Like the olde school feel to it.
