BACKDaily Rips: Panini Absolute Football Countdown Calendar is Back
Writer: Isaiah Lucas
The Panini Absolute Football Countdown Calendar is back for 2026, adding a unique twist to the festivities as the most wonderful time of the year unfolds.
Gridiron greats from today, tomorrow and yesterday help represent the hobby in a fun and festive way. The new age of the game is at the forefront, with college field generals like Trinidad Chambliss, Dante Moore and Julian Sayin being some of the biggest names to collect. Calvin Johnson and Eli Manning headline the list of past greats tucked inside the checklist.
Countdown 24 days by ripping a pack every day. Behind each of the 24 doors included in the 2026 Panini Absolute Football Countdown Calendar is a three-card pack that’ll keep smiles on faces and build anticipation for what the next day will bring.
As you take a peek behind each door, look for cards from across the Absolute Set, including Base White Snow. Also be on watch for the ultra-rare Kaboom insert and other exclusive parallels.
On average, every calendar comes equipped with one Holiday Suit Memorabilia card and 24 inserts, or insert parallels. Each case comes with eight calendars, totaling 576 cards. The Panini Absolute Football Countdown Calendar can be found online and at select retailers.
