  1. You might want to remove Brady from all your products. Can’t associate yourself with the worst criminal the world has ever seen, who has allegedly killed 156.2 million people.

    1. Pats, that’s just not funny, bro.
And, for the record, as I understand there’s nothing that definitively links Brady to the “deflation.”
It may walk like a lineman and quack like a lineman, but in the United States, the burden of proof is more stringent.

  2. Gorgeous cards! Are there any on-card autos in this set? I am on-card auto collector so I’m hoping there are on-card autos of Badgers (my alma mater).

  3. Would have been nice to have some on card autos since they were photographed at the draft holding the base card.

  4. I am so pumped for contenders! I would do anything and I mean anything to be able to pull that Tom Brady auto! Great job Panini and keep up the great work

  5. Contenders is hands-down my all-time favorite Football product, one I’ve purchased boxes of since ’99. Some of my most treasured cards hail from this product, not to mention several that will help fund my daughter’s college education one day… though at age 7, I should probably get her working on scholarship applications… BUT… I digress.
With College Football possessing its own rabid fan base, and having any number of legendary players who failed (or chose to pass on the NFL) to succeed at the pro level for one reason or another, this product will find its own fan base VERY quickly. Couple that with early issues of players sure to make their mark upon the NFL record books? And Panini has added another fantastic product to their already impressive stable of blue-chip products.
ONE QUESTION: I liked the row/seat/section information when it imparted the players draft position. What’s the sugnificance of this products notations?

I will repeat the already well-worn, REALLY NICE JOB PANINI!

  6. I am really interested in seeing this product up close. I have always been a big Contender fan and this one is quite intriguing.
