Ho, Ho, Hot: Andrew Luck, RG III Go Santa for Special Panini America Holiday Cards

It must have seemed like an odd request at the time for NFL rookies Andrew Luck, Robert Griffin III and Trent Richardson. It was May. It was California. It was hot. And yet, Panini America officials were kindly asking that superstar trio to don Santa hats festooned with their respective NFL team logos for a quick photo op.

Fast forward six months and it all makes perfect yuletide sense.

Panini America has taken those memorable photos and melded them with crazy-prime oversized pieces of those memorable hats to create some of the coolest, most-collectible holiday cards of this or any other season; holiday cards guaranteed to stand the test of time unlike just about any other greeting card you’ve ever received.
And you can only get them as part of the company’s 2012 Black Friday promotion. You can, however, get an extended look at these merry memorabilia mementos in the entertaining and quite jolly card gallery that follows.
Happy holidays!
