International Treasures: Panini Unwrapped Rips 2014 Limited Football in Italy, England

Earlier this week during a Strategic Planning Event that drew Panini employees from around the globe to the corporate headquarters in Modena, Italy, Panini America officials packed more than business suits and international electrical outlet adapters in their luggage. They also brought some boxes of the new 2014 Limited Football. As a result, Panini Unwrapped was able to reach new heights (atop the majestically scenic Anacapri) and enjoy new tastes (from Ocean Blue Fish & Chips) in Datchet, England.

The resulting must-see videos will most certainly go down in trading card lore, right alongside the Panini Unwrapped episode filmed from a gondola in Venice during the last Strategic Planning Event in 2011.

You can check out both videos below. You’re guaranteed to see some flat-out awesome hits — and scenic views you’ve likely never seen before in box break video anywhere. Enjoy.

Here’s the video from high atop Anacapri . . .

  1. I would have loved a handful of cards from that Italy break even WITHOUT Johnny Benchwarmer. Those were great boxes.

  2. I like limited, Im an old fashion guy and its not realy as it used to be back in the 90s. But someone else got that name so Limited is as good as it gets. Would be cool with a new golden holofoil set like the Lemieux/Lindros. Could work with any sport.

  3. Are we filming a series of National Lampoon’s Panini Vacation videos? I’d love to see that! Limited is an exciting product every year, some big pulls in both of these breaks. Thanks Tracy!

  4. Sorry I missed you guys here in Italy. Didn’t knew of your trip in time. I hope you enjoyed the experience. Actually, I know of several friends who like this product a lot, just as I do. Great this initiative of the Traveling Box Break. Thanks, Tracy
