  1. Wow this years Gold Standard Basketball looks GREAT, people are gonna go nuts over when it comes out!!!

  2. So why was a “Prime” designation added to the veteran Silhouette Signatures? The cards in 11-12 Crown Royale did not have that.

P.S. Those Marks of the Hall cards are gorgeous!

  3. I really love the looks of the ‘Marks of the Hall’ cards in Gold Standard. I’ll absolutely be tracking down an Alex English, as well as the David Thompson you showed in the previous preview.

Any chance we could get a peek at the 2011-12 Limited Basketball checklist prior to release?

    1. The NBA Preferred Silhouette Prime are so much nicer. The player is off to the side so the beauty of the patch is on display. With these hockey Primes, the player is actually “in the way’ of the patch and it’s hard for a really nice patch to be seen.

  4. Im with Jim, I and most people like the silhouettes from Preferred alot better. You just cant enjoy the patch in these ones. Any idea when we’ll see some patch autos for gold standard? That will sell me on buying this product? Im not into the old guys, they have nice autos but Id rather have a kobe scribbled even lol
