Customers who have requested a replacement for their 2020-21 or 2021-22 basketball redemptions deemed to value between $50 and $100 may receive a Customer Service Exclusive 2023-24 NBA Prizm pack.

The Customer Service Exclusive 2023-24 NBA Prizm 3-card pack contains two (2) limited edition non-numbered Red Sparkle parallels and one (1) numbered parallel, which can be from one of the following tiers:

  • Blue Sparkle parallel – Numbered to 144
  • Gold Sparkle parallel – Numbered to 24
  • Green Sparkle parallel – Numbered to 8
