  1. Familiar brands again. Rookie Roll Call. Wonder if we will see a Z-team? We got a NEW Epix. I do wonder when the brands will merge instead of getting discontinued? This gives me some great inspiration.

  2. Just curious why Panini is trying to drive away the US buyers ?
When Gala & Noir was international it was ok because they were new but you’re taking one of the best products (T Cert) and now making it international aswell.
Time to find a new hobby I guess.

    1. We’re not trying to drive away U.S. buyers at all. The vast majority of all of our products are released in the U.S. This particular product will be released largely internationally, but there will be limited U.S. distribution.

  3. If Panini wants to sell products in other countries, they should be new and exclusive products. Taking a product like T Cert and making it “limited” in the U.S. certainly isn’t the answer.

  4. I like this design much more than last year’s, which I honestly felt was really quite bland with the exception of some of the parallel’s and I think one of the insert sets.

This year looks like a much more exciting product.

My only criticism is that the Base / Parallel cards and the Rookie Roll Call cards seem to have an incredibly strong “Upper Deck SPx” flavour to them. That said those are probably the two designs that caught my eye the most, so I can’t complain too much!

If Certified and Gold Standard are anything to go off, it looks like Panini are trying much harder to evolve the brand this year (rather than bringing our new variations of the same design, which I felt they have been doing a lot lately) so kudos for that.
