Panini America Delivers Detailed First Look at 2016-17 Donruss Soccer (Gallery)

The fabled Donruss brand enjoyed a rousing introduction to the soccer pitch late last year with the inaugural release of 2015 Donruss Soccer, a product that more than lived up to the nostalgia of the name by delivering a set suitable for just about any collecting taste. Featuring a robust array of compelling inserts, parallels and a solid -- and scarce -- autograph roster, last year's Donruss Soccer debut provided a fitting kickoff.

The fabled Donruss brand enjoyed a rousing introduction to the soccer pitch late last year with the inaugural release of 2015 Donruss Soccer, a product that more than lived up to the nostalgia of the name by delivering a set suitable for just about any collecting taste. Featuring a robust array of compelling inserts, parallels and a solid — and scarce — autograph roster, last year’s Donruss Soccer debut provided a fitting kickoff.

Later this summer, Panini America will release the highly anticipated follow-up — 2016-17 Donruss Soccer — by staying true to that winning recipe and bringing the biggest names in soccer (including the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski and more) to collectors of all ages. Due out August 17, each hobby box of 2016-17 Donruss Soccer will deliver, on average, 24 inserts, 24 parallels, two Donruss Debuts and either one autograph card or Canvas/Mosaic parallel.

  • The 35th Anniversary Edition insert features an elite collection of players in a throwback tribute to the inaugural edition of Donruss.
