Panini America Delivers Detailed First Look at 2016 Certified Football (Gallery)

When Panini America's 2016 Certified Football arrives in hobby shops across North America in late July, the product will largely stay true to a developmental blueprint that has served Certified well since it first arrived in 1995. But this year, the calling-card Mirror parallels, and Fabric of the Game and Freshman Fabric drivers will be joined by a fitting tribute to one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time.

When Panini America’s 2016 Certified Football arrives in hobby shops across North America in late July, the product will largely stay true to a developmental blueprint that has served Certified well since it first arrived in 1995. But this year, the calling-card Mirror parallels, and Fabric of the Game and Freshman Fabric drivers will be joined by a fitting tribute to one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time.

But the impressive Peyton Manning Collection, a rare five-card memorabilia and autograph set, is not the only new addition to 2016 Certified Football that should resonate with longtime Certified fans. Also new is the unique Certified Gamers memorabilia insert featuring photography from the specific NFL game in which the featured piece of jersey was worn.

Set to release July 27, each box of 2016 Certified Football (five cards per pack, 10 packs per box, 12 boxes per inner case, two inner cases per master case) will deliver four autograph or memorabilia cards on average, including at least one rookie patch autograph.

Other highlights of the product include . . .

  • The iconic Freshman Fabrics Mirror Signatures chase features jumbo versions that parallel down to NFL Shield 1/1s.
  • Find veteran and legend autographs in Mirror Signatures, Gold Team Signatures and Fabric of the Game Signatures.
  • Each of the five cards in the Peyton Manning Collection is numbered to 25 or less.
  • The epic return of the Epix insert.

  2. Isn’t it a little late for this release? Should it be coming into Prestige football? I want the 2016 class!!! Have had enough Winston and Mariota…Need Ezekiel Elliot in the worst way…… Im hoping Panini gets as much autograph’s of his they could possibly get!!
