When it comes right down to it, there are two key attributes that make Panini America’s Immaculate brand perpetually stand out regardless of sport or year: Aesthetics and memorabilia. There are other aspects of Immaculate that compel collectors (such as a stacked autograph roster), but it’s the look (of the design) and feel (of the memorabilia) that continue to resonate.

Certainly those brand-defining elements will be on bold display when 2016 Immaculate Baseball releases in late August. But collectors also will discover a few new Immaculate Baseball twists, too, including on-card rookie autographs for the first time and the introduction of on-card-signed Rookie Autograph Patches featuring jumbo swatches.

Each pack of 2016 Immaculate Baseball (six cards per pack, one pack per box, eight boxes per case) delivers five autograph or memorabilia cards and one base or parallel card. As you might imagine, the highlights of the product are many and include . . .

  • More jumbo-prime memorabilia hits than ever before, including jerseys, cleats, hats, batting gloves and fielding gloves.
  • Prime memorabilia of 2016’s hottest rookies, including Trevor Story, Corey Seager, Nomar Mazara, Kenta Maeda, Miguel Sano, Stephen Piscotty, Blake Snell, Aaron Blair, Tyler Naquin, Michael Conforto, Trea Turner and more.
  • For the first time ever, Immaculate Baseball delivers dual-signed, on-card autograph cards in the Dual Diamond Inscriptions insert.
  • A new twist on the Immaculate Cleats insert with the incorporation of cleat soles.
  • More on-card signatures.

We’ll have plenty more on 2016 Immaculate Baseball in the coming weeks right here on The Knight’s Lance. Until then, enjoy this revealing first look:
