The many shades of Prizm will be distributed across the various versions of this year’s product. The Greens are available retail-wide, the Reds are exclusive to Taget and the Blues are exclusive to Walmart. The Red, White and Blue Pulsars are a retail multipack exclusive. The Orange and Light Blue Die-Cuts are exclusive to 2013-14 Prizm Basketball Hobby Jumbos (which we’ll detail at length in the coming days). We’ll have additional details on the distribution breakdown in the coming days right here on The Knight’s Lance.

But today, we simply want to deliver a thorough appreciation of the colors in all of their beauty as a way to properly prepare you for the release of 2013-14 Prizm Basketball tomorrow. Enjoy the following gallery and stay tuned for additional coverage.

  1. Are the retail Prizm cards sold at Walmart and Target going to be sold by the pack or is there going to be retail exclusive blaster boxes?

PS. I can’t put a price on how much I love those two Kobe Prizm cards (especially the die-cut Brilliance one). I’m in love.

  2. So from the Panini website, I counted a total of 12 variations of the base card. Is this correct? Base, Prizm, Red, Green, Gold, Blue, Light Blue, Black, Black Mosaic, Orange, Red White and Blue, Purple

  3. Love all the die-cuts and colored parallels. Seeing old school players like Darryl Dawkins and Bobby Jones (along with Dr. J of course) brings back memories.

    Cool insert themes as well!!
