If you missed the Panini America Twitter feed this morning, well, you missed a lot. Panini America Football Brand Manager Chris Barr took control of our account to bring you firsthand looks of the packout process for the highly anticipated 2014 Black Gold Football live from the production facility floor.

Not to worry, though. A quick scroll down our timeline will help you revisit all of this morning’s highlights. And if today’s images aren’t enough to satiate your burgeoning Black Gold hunger (and if you’re like us, they won’t be), rest assured that we’ll have plenty of revealing images to share with you right here on The Knight’s Lance in the coming days.

In fact, we’re going to start right now. I had the distinct pleasure of venturing over to the company production facility on Monday and Tuesday to snap as many pre-packout pictures of 2014 Black Gold Football as my left thumb would allow. Ultimately, I came back with an iPhone low on memory and battery life. The payoff, though, as you’ll begin seeing in the gallery that follows, was well worth it.

Today we offer a revealing look at some of the epic memorabilia cards in the product, including Mother Lode, Massive Materials, Rookie Tetrad and more. Enjoy the gallery and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage of 2014 Black Gold Football.

  1. Tracy, I’m going to throw a word out ya’…& yes, I recognize that its a big step. But… It’s one I’m willing to take if you are.
    ADOPTION!
I promise, I’ll make MA and PAnini really proud of me!
I’m super excited, i hope you are as well… Step-brother!

  2. Black and Gold always eye catching. Gold and Silver autos look awesome against the black gloss backdrop. I’ve been disappointed by alot of Panini’s products and quality this year, but this is one good looking product. Which disappoints me when you see what Panini can do and then you get what we mostly got this year, boring products that all looked the same.

  3. Love the Black and Gold. know it is out of my budget since I am married with 1 stepdauighter. She loves opening packs with me but I know ill ask them for a father days gift. New Power tool or a this amazing pack of cards. Id choose the cards. hold them and pass down to her when she is older.
