BACKPanini America Offers a Comprehensive First Look at 2019 Obsidian Football
Panini America officials recently sent out preliminary Product Information Solicitations for a handful of exciting new products coming soon enough to a hobby shop or online retailer near you and, over the course of the next few days, we’re sharing that same information with you here on The Knight’s Lance, continuing now with 2019 Obsidian Football.
For each new product, we’ll showcase a must-see bevy of preliminary images as well as the PIS document. Enjoy the sneak peek and stay tuned for additional details.
Release Date: November 13, 2019
Product Configuration: Seven cards per box, 12 boxes per case.
BREAK: Four autograph or memorabilia cards, two base or insert parallels and one base card per hobby box, on average.
- Obsidian Football is back and combines sleek black Optichrome technology with Electric Etched parallels to provide collectors a stunning look unlike any other product.
- Find uniquely designed die-cut inserts in Vitreous, Supernova, Pitch Black and Tunnel Vision.
- New in 2019, look for short-printed Electric Etch Contra parallels, which will be on all-white Optichrome that adds a unique twist to the traditional Obsidian black Optichrome.
- Look for new inserts in Tunnel Vision, Eclipse, Supernova, Pitch Black and Mosaic Materials.
- Chase some of the best veteran and retired-player autographs in Matrix Material Autos, Lightning Strike and Aurora Autos.
