CHICAGO — For many NFL fans, the 2015 NFL Draft begins later tonight when the first round opens. But for Panini America, intense draft activity began in earnest earlier this week with Tuesday’s 2015 NFLPA Rookie Debut. Now in its fifth season, the NFLPA Rookie Debut has long afforded Panini America officials an opportunity to have meaningful interaction with many of the top NFL prospects in the days leading up to the draft. This year’s event was no different.

In all, 14 players made their way through Panini America’s NFLPA Rookie Debut player lounge on Tuesday, headlined by the likes of Nebraska running back Ameer Abdullah, Indiana running back Tevin Coleman, Auburn receiver Sammie Coates and Missouri receiver Dorial Green-Beckham.

While there, the players in attendance signed autographs for upcoming Panini America products, posed for some quick pictures that no doubt will be appearing in a Panini America promotional set soon (2015 Father’s Day, anyone?) and talked anxiously about the NFL Draft and excitedly about appearing on their first Panini America trading cards.

In the gallery that follows, we recap some of the scenes from the 2015 NFLPA Rookie Debut. Enjoy the images and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage of the 2015 NFL Draft.
