TORONTO, Ontario — Time flies when you’re having fun — especially north of the border. The 2011 Toronto Fall Expo is winding down its three-day run today, but you’d never know it by looking at the Panini America booth. The company’s wrapper-redemption and Box Wars contests are still drawing a crowd.

Highlights from Sunday so far include seemingly countless memorabilia instant-winners and some drool-worthy single pulls. You can see it all in the gallery below.

Stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance throughout the weekend for continued coverage of the show. And if you want to be eligible to win some sweet prizes from the show, including autographs and some of those silver-foil stunners, simply comment on your favorite images from our various galleries from the show.

Can’t make it to the Toronto Fall Expo this weekend? Still want wrapper-redemption packs? You’re in luck. Anyone buying select hockey products from now through Monday (while supplies last) at iCollectPanini.com will receive the same wrapper-redemption packs being awarded at the show. What are you waiting for?!

  1. Wow, I’m currently working on a grad school paper. Everyone in those photos appears to be having a great deal more fun than I currently am.
This makes me jealous lol. In all seriousness, however, the array of cards and memorabilia are eye-popping.
I wonder if the National is ever in the NY area. I kind of recall something about the National in Westchester, NY, some years back…but it was nothing like this festival for the casual and serious collector.

  2. Love that over-sized Cam Newton card. That needs to live in the Carolinas, not in Canada!!! I’d be happy to help with that!!!!

  3. the lemieux barrasso card was awsome along with the auto pucks hats i find that pannini will eventually take over as #1 hockey card company if u keep putting out stellar products that are invative ur only competior in hockey is takin there license lightley will a lot of white jerseys and smaller and smaller pieces. when panani is using more prime better designs and will flourish for many years to come. i would be happy with anything from panani cause no matter player or team u make all the cards look awsome even if it is a superstar or 4 line forward or 6th defense man u gals and guys should be proud u are restoring my faith in the hobby.

  4. Man I wanted to be in the pictures holding up a card from my silver redemption packs showing my sick hits its enough to make a grown man cry I really wanted to be in Toronto.

  5. Cool Oversized Cam Newton! Last year Panini (HUGE THANKS TO SCOTT PRUSHA) created a 5X7 Armanti Edwards Prestige Panthers Photo for use as a pack wars prize and wrapper redemption in our store when we hosted Armanti Edwards for a 2 hour autograph appearance.

Coolest part is that Armanti did not have a prestige card so people could see what a card would have looked like if he had one!

They are very cool and definitely were the hit of the day at our store!

And anyone local to us, we will be doing Panini Black Friday and some of those 5X7 Armanti Edwards Prestige Rookies may be given out in conjunction with Black Friday Packs.
