Seemingly every member of the Panini America Product Development team (regardless of sport) has spent countless man hours over the last few weeks at the company's production facility across town participating in the hand-packout process for 2014 National Treasures Baseball. One of the most anticipated high-end releases of the year, 2014 National Treasures Baseball is slated to release in hobby shops across North America on December 30.

That means we have roughly eight days here on The Knight’s Lance to preview as much of the product as possible. We’ll begin today with a series of images captured by Baseball Brand Manager Wes Elliott, who was nice enough to lend us his smartphone camera roll that was overflowing with National Treasures teases.
Many of Elliott’s images capture the earliest stages of the packout process, before a series of well-trained, white-gloved Product Development Team members began the painstaking process of hand-building every last box. Featured in the gallery are several sneak peeks of the prime-patch and hard-signed autograph content.
Enjoy this preliminary first look and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance all week long for additional glimpses into 2014 National Treasures Baseball.
Looks good the cards and hat the world does not need is another Pete Rose autograph.
