Panini America's 2014 Boxing Day promotion will begin in earnest this week as participating Canadian Panini Roundtable stores receive their allotment of red-foil 2014 Boxing Day packs and start engaging with collectors looking to land those packs in exchange for qualifying purchases in stores.

Panini America’s 2014 Boxing Day promotion will begin in earnest this week as participating Canadian Panini Roundtable stores receive their allotment of red-foil 2014 Boxing Day packs and start engaging with collectors looking to land those packs in exchange for qualifying purchases in stores.

Over the course of the last week, we’ve spent quality time here on The Knight’s Lance previewing several aspects of the 2014 Boxing Day set, including the base inserts, the base set and Cracked Ice parallels and the memorabilia cards. Today, we’re offering an extended glimpse at some of the autographs in the set.

Much like the other parts of the Panini America 2014 Boxing Day set, the autograph checklist features superstars and legends from the four major sports who have strong ties to Canada, including the likes of Gordie Howe, Tracy McGrady, Andrew Wiggins, Paul Molitor and more.

  1. Holy cow, ay? There’s soooo much to like…. Ay?

    But what REALLY leaps off this page feet first? That unbelievable Don Cherry auto card! Yessir! That man is wearing history’s first battery-powered suit… and I, for one, commend him for such daring attire. I am inclined to believe the print could elicit a grand mal seizure in someone suffering from the wrong medical condition!
    That suit should be rendered into Mem’ and auto-mem’ cards for:
    A. Collectibility
    B. To protect future collectors from the danger that sport coat poses to their very sanity!

    In all sincerity… beautiful stuff!
