It’s delivered some of the most unique and sought after trading cards in recent years. And late next month, it’s making its triumphant return. News flash: Panini America’s 2015 Black Friday promotion is coming.

For the fifth straight year, Panini America will bring the nationwide shopping frenzy of Black Friday to local hobby shops all over the country with another of its now-legendary wrapper-redemption programs. In the coming weeks, The Knight’s Lance will bring you everything you need to know about this year’s special event, including preview galleries, participating shop information, iCollectPanini.com components and more. But today, we’re bringing you an exclusive first look at the 2015 Black Friday base set, Rookie Cards and the always-popular Panini Collection insert.

This year’s multisport base set features 52 cards, including 24 current stars and 28 Rookie Cards (numbered to 599). The Panini Collection insert includes 22 cards numbered as part of the set and a bonus card of Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker. The promotion-exclusive release also marks the return of a comprehensive multisport autograph roster, memorabilia cards devoted to the NBA’s top rookies and the NFL’s Breast Cancer Awareness and Salute to Service initiatives, and many more surprises that will be revealed in the coming weeks.

  1. Really nice to see a multi-image card in this set on the Tucker. I remember seeing those in Score sets back in the early 90s. Dean Biasucci had a nice one in 1991.

  2. Love it! One of my favorite promos! I can’t ever have a chance to open packs as most money is spent on Christmas shopping by then, but I usually find a few singles I need later on. One of these days I will get to open a few packs!
