Panini America Provides Detailed First Look at 2017 Absolute NASCAR Racing (Gallery)

It was always only a matter of time before Panini America’s popular Absolute brand crossed over yet again. After several years as a staple of the company’s football roster, Absolute eventually made its mark on the worlds of baseball and basketball, too. Now, it’s finally ready to grace the high-octane world of NASCAR. Set to arrive in early October, the debut installment of Absolute NASCAR Racing will deliver the calling-card inclusions that have carried the brand for years: Captivating memorabilia cards, a rich autograph roster and robust array of parallels.

On average, each hobby box of 2017 Absolute NASCAR Racing (five cards per pack, four packs per box, 14 boxes per case) will deliver two autographs, two memorabilia cards, four numbered parallels and four inserts or insert parallels. Longtime Absolute aficionados will instantly recognize such assets as Tools of the Trade, Spectrum parallels and the celebrated return of Action Packed.

The highlights of NASCAR’s Absolute debut are many and include . . .

• Absolute Prime Goodyear, Absolute Prime American Flag and Absolute Prime NASCAR jumbo-prime memorabilia cards numbered to two or less; other jumbo-prime firesuit patches include Name Plates, Monster Energy Series and Associate Sponsor patches.
• Look for the Tools of the Trade insert featuring single, double and triple memorabilia swatch cards, including signed versions.
• Every hobby pack will feature an autograph or memorabilia card.
• Chase the Team Tandems Signatures insert featuring dual on-card autographs and parallels including Spectrum Silver (numbered to 99 or less), Spectrum Blue (numbered to 49 or less), Spectrum Red (numbered to 25 or less) and Spectrum Gold (numbered to 10 or less) parallels.
• The Absolute Memorabilia Signatures insert featuring oversized swatches of race-used materials, on-card autographs and the same Spectrum parallel structure.
