Even as Panini America’s spectacular 2012-13 Flawless Basketball is busy setting the collectibles world ablaze and raising the bar on high-end hoops releases, company officials are hard at work putting the finishing touches on the final release of the 2012-13 NBA collecting season: 2012-13 Immaculate Basketball.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve started pulling the curtain back ever so slightly on a product that rivals Flawless in terms of pre-release anticipation, including last weekend’s extended gallery of drool-inducers. Today, we bring you another taste with a look at some of the on-card autographs that arrived at Panini America HQ in the last several days.

Included in the following gallery are a slew of Blake Griffin gems, a bevy of Logoman 1/1s and Yao Ming. Enjoy the images and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for additional coverage of 2012-13 Immaculate Basketball.

  1. hey tracy,

did you preview the base cards of immaculate, no?
no pics of the logoman booklet and jumpo patches yet ? 😀

  2. Tracy you guys are absolutely smashing these basketball releases, those flawless and immaculate releases are amazing, i collect football though, so my big question is do you guys plan to do a flawless release for football in the next year or so?? or even considering it?? i am honestly crossing my fingers you guys do

    thanks

  3. Great design ! Amazing Patches ! That is what collectors want ! Can’t wait for it !
Is it going to have no redemption in this product like it seems to be in hte flawless ?
    Thanks

    1. Glad you like what you’ve seen so far. And yes, like with all of our products, we’re doing everything we can to keep this redemption-free. Still have some time, so stay tuned.

  4. These cards look so nice but I really hope as do the collectors on the forums that this isn’t flooded with too many parallel auto patches:/ I saw pics of a Kawhi /100, /99, /75, etc. Whats the deal?

  5. Here is the breakdown for Kawhi:

He has the following rookie cards (true rookie cards, rookie card parallels and variations):

    Rookie Auto Patch #/99
    Rookie Auto Patch Red #/25
Rookie Auto Patch Immaculate Numbers variation (on acetate) #/2
Rookie Immaculate Logos (NBA Logoman) 1 of 1

The following are part of the autograph inserts (not a rookie card since the set has veterans and retired players)

    Auto Patch #/100
    Auto Patch red #/25
    Premium Patch #/75
    Premium Patch Red #/25

    I hope this helps

    Happy Hunting!

    1. Karvin, thank you for the clarification. While we are at it, can you or Tracy please explain to me why you guys didn’t produce RC Patch Auto set nor logoman patch autos for Flawless? For a product with a suggest retail price of $1250 per box not having those highly sought after type of sets is very puzzling to me.

  6. I love the Drexler card with the old school ’90’s all star jersey.

I know it’s about a different Clyde but whenever I see one of his cards I immediately think of the lyric, “…I’m Like Clyde And I’m Rockin’ Steady…”

  7. Tracy or Karvin, can you please tell me if the RC Patch Autos /99 would have game used patches or event worn patches? Thank you
