The men and women in the Panini America Customer Service department have been working virtually around the clock in recent weeks feverishly fulfilling redemption card requests, and overcoming the short downtime and technical glitches associated with our recent relocation.
While we continue to strive for the nirvana that would accompany a zero-redemption marketplace, rest assured that we’re doing everything in our power to get caught up on those that do exist.
In an effort to keep collectors updated on the status of those redemption cards that are currently being processed at a breakneck clip, we’ll post a list, like the one below, detailing the most recent cards that have been fulfilled.
The following list is by no means complete, but it does let collectors know which redemption cards from which products have been completed in the last week. We’ll update this list at least once a week — and more frequently if possible — in the coming days.

Any update on the Kobe Prestige autos?
Been seeing a lot more mailers in my mail recently, keep up the good work. I was especially impressed with the Limited Basketball veteran/retired redemptions, nice surprise as most were on-card autographs!
Any updates for hockey and baseball?
Not yet but I will post those lists as soon as I have it.
Awesome! This is just what I was saying we needed when we talked during the All-Star Jam Session. Thanks, Tracy!
Brilliant minds, baby!
Nice to see a list but don’t see any of my few 2008 or 15+ 2009 redemption’s listed:( Whats up with Kobe? I am still waiting on 4 Autos!
Hi Tracy…Im looking for a job__ in the customer service/redemption fulfill dept….let me Help you so that you can Help me…lol ! Set me up here in New York and all redemption request will be done with Lightning-speed…You wont be sorry, Joe.R
Hockey?
Any updates on replacing a damaged card from December???
Man, I completely understand your frustration with the delay. I can’t speak to your specific issue, but I do know our customer service folks are working nonstop to get caught up.
My card is finally in the mail this week.
What about Jonny Flynn from Court Kings?
yes Demaryius Thomas is on
Tracy,
I have a Limited auto nfl shield 1/1(of course lol) in since the beginning of the year of Emmanuel Sanders. I am perplexed why a 1/1 shield would not be available when he has other sticker autos in other products of Panini. You would think the auto shields would be available.
Look forward to your reply
Howard
What product is it from?
The product is 2010 Panini Limited
Any help on the emmanuel sanders auto nfl logo shield 1/1 brother. I have 5 messages into Panini since 2/16 and gotten no response
Just talked to customer service. Gridiron Gear, Certified and Limited Sanders redemptions are in the process of being sent now. Some went out earlier this week. Others are going out later this week or early next. I hope this helps.
Awesome Thanks so much brother!
Bummed to not see Anthony Dixon on the list, he has a ton of redemptions out. Any idea when on when his will be ready?
how about McCourty and T.Price? i know you told me Price signed recently but how’s the rest of the process?
I am a little confused about something…I had 2 redemptions among those that I sent in from Eric Berry – a Score Hot Rookies auto and a Certified auto. I sent the redemption number in for the Score about 4 months ago ( I think as its been so long) and the Certified in about 2 months ago and got the Certified just now, yet still no Score Hot Rookies auto. Very frustrating as the value of the Hot Rookies card went from $75 when I first got it to a meager $10 value now (I thot I wld get it in a few weeks and then be able to sell it, boy was a reallllyyy wrong). That is what really stinks about redemption cards. Sometimes it is better to sell the redemption card instead of take a gamble and wait 4 months and counting for it to come in the mail. Aggghhhhh!!!
The product is 2010 Panini Limited 🙂
Can’t wait for some Harangody signings :D, Got a Kobe ball sitting in the system waiting too ^_^ . Feel free to replace all my redemptions except Harangody and the ball with Ray Ray’s :D.
Keep up the good work guys!
Any idea on the John Wall Prestige cards? I know he signed all his stickers a month or two ago….
I second this: Any update on Wall Auto for Prestige Bonus Shots?
It is too bad this was the first product out with Wall Auto’s yet one of the last products to actually get the auto. Looking forward to receiving it since October.
Thank you Panini. All of us love your cards, but just waiting for the cards.
I third this about the Wall Prestige Bonus Shots autos. I’m awaiting too.
Thanks for posting the updates Tracy. They’ve been re-posted at SCF and we’ll continue to pass along that info to our members as you update the page. It is greatly appreciated. Your great and good colleague Al made a great post the other day regarding that you guys are just as frustrated with the redemption process as collectors are. As a hockey guy that’s been waiting for a couple P.K. Subban RC’s seeing the post you made a couple months ago with him and Price signing their stuff is greatly reassuring. Looking forward to the full hockey list.
Best,
Richard
Thanks as well Tracy. I thought that would go without saying 🙂
I have posted the list on the Panini sponsored card site. CCW(Card Collectors World)
Thanks, gentlemen.
I collect only NBA cards, open a ton of wax, love building sets and now have almost 40 cards(all personally pulled) awaiting redemption within the Panini system (with a few more here at home). Some have been there for about a year. I can appreciate the problems of dealing with professional athletes. However, it seems to me when Panini has an athlete under exclusive contract, and uses that exclusivity in its promotional material (ie: Kobe, Wall, Durant, Dirk etc), there should be NO reason for redemptions of those players. In addition, some products such as Prestige and Contenders Patches feature some LIVE autos of John Wall and some redemptions of John Wall. What’s up with that? Did his hand get tired? If so many autos are “sticker” autos, why are the cards to difficult to assemble and mail out? Why are some players redemptions in some products yet come out LIVE in a following product?
Of the many problems collectors face with redemption cards, among the most common are the following: 1. The player may no longer be an actual rookie if he signs the card in his sophmore season. Isn’t the collectability of a RC based on the fact that it was signed in the rookie season. If not, why aren’t second year cards as popular? 2. The player may wind up on a different team by the time it takes the redemption card to be processed, diminishing the “value” of the card. 3. If a card takes a long time to be redeemed, it’s value may be greatly reduced as other similar cards come out in subsequent products. While it may have been unique when pulled, it’s no longer sought as agressively because other LIVE cards have since been released. 4. Its very difficult to complete sets when redemptions take up to a year or more to be returned.
A redemption card is like an IOU that is inserted into a pack. The PROMISE to honor it is implied. While I applaud Panini for refocusing its efforts in their redemption department, it seems they should have been working this hard from the start to provide collectors with quality cards in a timely fashion.
Point #3 is exactly my problem with the redemption process. When you release LIVE cards and I am still waiting on redemptions of that players sticker auto it makes mine worth less when and if I ever get it (simple supply and demand)…
I think it’s great that the list above was generated to show that athletes are signing cards and Panini is progressing. For that, I commend Panini.
Now, Jim makes some incredible points here. I think Tracy should acknowledge/answer some of the issues raised. Tracy obviously has replied to other comments in this comment box. It would be a shame if you dodged this one.
Seems he dodged this one!
Hi Tracy…Besides Basketball and Football…Can you List some hockey players redemptions cards (Certified & Limited), seems like your listing Basketball and Football…. its taken over the comments section, some names will be greatly appreciated…something , anything…Thanks, Joe R.
I will update this list as soon as I get a new one from customer service.
I haven’t received any updates on my redemption cards of Demaryius Thomas. Should i be getting an email when the cards are being shipped out or not? Its great that u have this list up but i haven’t received any replies from the panini website in over 4 weeks. any help would be great. Thanks Jeff
I have just given up and sold all the redemptions I have gotten in the last 5 or so months… Just pulled a durant out of Absolute yesterday and I think it’s funny that a big deal was made about him being in the product and it isn’t even live. The exact card I pulled the redemption for is on the sell sheet… Complaining gets me nowhere, but I’m tired of my cards being worth 1/2 as much by the time I get the card in the mail (i.e. Ryan Mathews certified autos)
Glad to see they are working hard on the redemption’s. I am still waiting on 5 redemption’s from the 2009 nfl playoff contenders that are 14 months old. Any update on those? Thanks
Hi,
if I check my open requests, it says that the Pat Summitt Signature Redemption: LCIJCFIMJEF has been shipped on 02/17/2011.
I haven’t received anything yet.
If I check the tracking number, it says there is no record for this item.
Please get back to me!!!
thanks
Chris
Finally received the Summit Autograph today. Can’t believe the post took 5 weeks to get here.
What no Adrian Peterson ?????????????
I though Kobe was suppose to sign the same day and Lamar and Pau? Panini even Tweeted about it. I have a Limited Kobe auto and its been about 5 months now.
I have been the benfactor of already getting some of the cards listed – Thank-you.
Just wondering if a similar list can be provided for Hockey cards as well.
Also – just cracked a bit of 2009 and 2010 Elite Baseball – I can see my redemptions are live as there are of the players I redeemed already out there – how can I ask to get you guys to go back and fulfill those items that you must already have in stock. Thanks again for this list.
I know it’d probably fuel fires for the haters out there, but is there an all-inclusive list that could be published of what still remains to be signed for Panini-branded products?
Just thought that maybe if more people knew which players were refusing to honor their signed contracts, etc. — Hakeem Nicks, Ryan Mouton, Kenny Britt, Mike Goodson, Shawn Nelson — Nah, people would still blame you…
Keep putting up great products! We connoisseurs will always back you,
Steve Lovell
Appreciate the support, Steve. I’ll provide an updated list of recently fulfilled redemptions when I’m back in the office on Thursday.
Still waiting on my Darren Collison redemption from 2009-10 Classics. No one from customer service will call me back or answer my email. Help Tracy!
I’m back in the office on Thursday and will update as much redemption card information as I can.
I have couple This year Absolute Memorabilia Basketball redemption card can not redeem. Please advise what is happeing.
Thanks
Hi Tracy,
i have redeemed a Wes Matthews Classic RC AU two months ago. I already saw sigend versions of the card.
I’m just curious, how long it takes to ship cards that are already signed?
thanks
Chris
Still waiting for my P.K. Subban Mirror blue auto rookie from certified. Redeemed it Christmas day. lol
Tracy,
I’ve gotten three of my 13 redemptions in the past week. Appreciate the hard work and the updates.
Hey Thanks for the update. I am waiting for two Dez autos. A certified and a limited auto. Any word on when those may be in. Thanks for all you guys do. Great products this year.
Any word on Troy Polamalu signing??? How about my Colt McCoy Golden Ticket???
I see a lot of people waiting for Kobe Bryant auto redemption’s. And I too have been patiently waiting for a Kobe auto for over 16 months now. It’s very frustrating to see Panini continue to release products with cards that he has signed, when customers are still waiting for their older redemption’s to be fulfilled. What gives Panini?
Can you please give us a reason why we are still waiting for our Kobe auto card(s) when you are continuing to release new products with his signature? Thank you – Burt (PrimeTimeCards)
Where are the manny machado autographs? He signed for Topps!!! Is Panini going to replace this with some other auto?
Hello…
Any news on the 2010 Panini Classics Randy White Cowboys 50th Anniversary Signature Materials Prime card numbered to 4???
Thanks!!!
Hi when are the Prime patch cards of Paarjvi going to be sent out
Thanks for all the hard work and this forum is a perfect idea. Of course it will take time for things to catch up but its a great effort.
I do agree that the John Walls would have been nice to pull live.
Now I just hope the one I have coming is a beauty from Absolute. RPM 🙂
Another good idea is: if redemptions have cards signed oncard instead of stickers as bonus.
I do have a 9 month Ty Lawson replacement waiting to arrive and a real cool Baron Davis on the way too from National Treasures.
I do have to also say that Absolute has some truly beautiful cards to open and enjoy in person. I have pulled some magnificent patch and large game worn cards that are greatly appreciated (especially of retired legends and NBA current greats).
thanks again for this forum.
Johnny
I was suppose to receive my Emmanuel Sanders 2010 Limited Gold Spotlight Autograph Patch RC #/10 but instead received his 2010 Certified Mirror Gold Quad Material Autograph RC #/25. Tracy should I send it back or what? Thanks for your time on this.
hello
I guess there is no word on the 2010 Randy White Signature Materials Prime Redemption Card numbered to 4… I have emailed and even posted comments on here with no luck.
Hopefully I will get a surprise in the mail soon.
I have been waiting since December… So not that bad yet.
why does it always take so long to get a card back. i buy alot of panini product and give my redemtions to my son and he is a impatience little boy waiting on a good card to show up in the mail. ive got a raymond berry and franco harris out of certified i sent in for him and still dont hear nothing back.to keep customers happy and coming back to buy more of your product u would think you would want to keep them happy not guessing..
i am waiting on several redemptions for this years certified hockey:
195 Tedenby /499
196 Shattenkirk /499
197 Stepan /499
200 Niederreiter /499
and i have:
191 Fowler /499
194 Burmistrov /499
186 Subban /899
incoming and to be redeemed within the next week or so. is there any info as to when i can expect these to be shipped. and i heard a rumor that Cam Fowler is not signing for Panini anymore, is this true and will this mean that #191 of Certified will not be made? thanks fo your time, it’s greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the questions. I’ve got a two-part answer for you.
First, from Panini America assistant hockey brand manager Clint Hall:
“Those first 4 were the TBD cards and they are being made (soon hopefully). Fowler is under contract to sign what is outstanding; he’s not going to sign until after the playoffs, though. Subban is done. Burmistrov is a TBD card also.”
Now, from Panini America hockey acquisitions manager Alex Carbajal:
“As far as Fowler not signing for Panini, that is false. He is excited to be part of the Panini family. The signatures are in house for Certified card #191. The only thing he has outstanding are the embroidered patches.”
Hope this helps.
thank-you Tracy i really appreciate you answering so quickly, and yes it does help.
clint
Any updates on the Dez Bryant 2010 certified? Also how much is that card worth? If he doesn’t sign what would my replacement be?
when are you going to update the siging list.or is nobody signing
We just posted an updated list this morning.
i tried to set up email account and it would not let me sign.kept saying to put email in and it was already there.could u please notify me of what to do.thank you tim
Wow Tracy, I commented about your job not really being work in the Cam hat give away, but after reading these I guess your job isn’t all glamor. Thank you for the work you and all of Panini do to keep us satisfied. Marty
I hope panini America company is working and doing there best to help us as buyers and collectors of there products get these redemption cards signed and sent out in a timely manner. I know as human beings, we don’t have the patients that we should have but I think 4 months is a kinda lengthy process to wait for our cards don’t ya think…
I am going to assume that most of these got redeemed after the expiration date so a big thumbs up to Panini for honoring redemptions the other card mfgs would have turned their noses up to.
