  1. Okay, I think that’s enough of the old school designs. The inserts look nice, though. Hoping for Prestige or R&S w/ 11-12 rookies in it…we’re into the playoffs already & still no 11-12 RC’s.

    1. No rookies until there are redemptions in Limited (I think?) for this year’s and next year’s rookies….

  2. Definetly the best Product from what i have seen so far!
Would be amazing if Rasheed would be on the checklist! *crossing fingers*

  3. Nice gallery Tracy!!!! I cant wait to see some autos from this product. Cant wait to bust some boxes when it comes out!! Keep up the great work Panini!!!

  4. There must be a shortage of game used jerseys and patches. I havent seen any Basketball gameused cards on here in awhile. Hope there will be some soon.

  5. ok when will the RC’s be redemed? will we have to wait till next year what month are we looking at oct, nov,dec

  6. Lots of interesting and great looking inserts have been previewed and I applaud Panini for their artistic endeavors. However, not having any rookie cards available prior to the playoffs is just plain unforgiveable and I certainly have no time or interest to play the redemption game right now. The quicker we can turn the page on 2011-12 the better.

  7. I have to agree with Scott Edblom. I really like the looks of the Raining 3’s inserts. Great job on those.
However, without RC autos in either Hoops or Preferred, Panini has had to find lots of obscure players to “fill the autograph quotas/needs” of these two products. In my opinion, the sense of value for either product is just not there for most of the boxes I have busted. When you’re filling auto quotas every retired player who’ll sign and 278 active players, good cards are very few and far between. Even decent cards are tough to get. Many of the retired players in the auto roster of Preferred were great players in their time but virtually “valueless” in the hobby. So when you’re paying roughly $50 per card as in Preferred, it’s tough to feel as though you’re not being taken advantage of.
With redemptions for 12-13 rookies coming in this year’s products, will there still be auto’d RCs next year?

  8. Great set design but the fact that there are no rookie cards in the product (or any for 2011-12) is a turn-off for me. Redemptions won’t be considered their true rookie cards either. It especially sucks knowing that these redemption cards will expire in a year or two and no one will want to buy this on the secondary market after the fact.
