On Monday afternoon, Panini America officials continued to spread the word on their upcoming Black Friday promotion, going so far as to distribute a national press release and posting an image of one of the sweeter Black Friday cards on a huge video board in the heart of New York City's Times Square. On Tuesday afternoon, they provided another new glimpse at some of the cards that will line those black-foil packs.

The topic of today’s sneak peek: Autographs and just a little gold.
The company also announced today that there will be an online component to Black Friday held exclusively on iCollectPanini.com for those collectors who don’t have a participating hobby shop in their area.
Enjoy this savory reveal and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance later this week for additional information and to participate in another can’t miss contest.
Nice to see there is something available for people who don’t have access to a hobby store….will you be adding more qualifying products on iCollectPanini.com ?? Do we have to wait until Friday to order the qualifying products or can we order now??
Thanks
To quote Chris Reed, our iCollectPanini.com guru: “It’s live now.”
Great and will there be other products that qualify is that it?
I know we’re adding 2011 Prestige Football. Not sure about what others might be on the list.
Perfect and are there a limited amount of BlackFriday packs available through online? Thanks for a great product!!!!
Yes. It’s while supplies last, but hopefully they’ll last long enough to get everyone taken care of.
Great…Just ordered a box of Rookies & Stars…I will wait to see what else your throw up there 🙂
Do we have to wait until black friday or is it all week? I noticed some of the black friday only cards are on ebay already…
I hope you add some hockey products that qualify for the Black Friday packs. All I see is football right now.
Oh, stay tuned…
I was thinking the same thing…cmon hockey!
I’m still staying tuned. Please don’t run out of these Black Friday packs before the hockey is even added.
Good to hear that Hockey will be included.
Do you have a final list of stores that will participating yet? I would like to know so I know if I have to order online (once some hockey is added), or if I can head to the store on Friday. 😉
Man i hope i pull one of those SWEET Aaron Rodgers!!!! Friday cant get here fast enough!!!!
How can I get my hands some Black Packs as I am in Australia ??
A couple of ways, actually. You can buy select products online at http:iCollectPanini.com or you can stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance this weekend for a cool contest.
Any word on what the rough ratio of autos/GU to packs would be? Are we talking somewhere in the neighborhood or 1 in 5? 1 in 10? 1 in 50?
As a rough ratio, the odds are way, way better than 1:50.
Can’t wait to see some of those hits.
Looks pretty nice, hopefully a few more shops will be added in CT!
Any word on the odds of getting a hit in the Black Friday packs yet?
These cards all look amazing. The hits have a huuuuuuge wow factor. And its so awesome to see that times square. WAy to promote and way to go Panini!
Wow we had a blast at our local hobby shop (Grand Slam in Rock Hill, SC) promotion this morning for these black Friday packs. Picked me up a box of Prestige for my 8 packs and got two auto’s and a number of Cam Newton cards. The two auto’s I pulled were a Tyler Seguin (Hockey) like pictured above and a #d 20 JJ Watt (Football) Black Friday. Has me wondering now how many Tyler Sequin’s were produced with this promotion as it is not numbered.
Exciting stuff, man. Thanks for sharing. I’ll try to get a checklist posted for the Black Friday set in the next few days.
