For the first time in its brief but profound history, Panini Authentic is partnering with one of its superstar exclusive spokesmen for a rare public autograph signing. The superstar in this case is the incomparable Blake Griffin, the 2011 NBA Rookie of the Year and All-Star Game Slam Dunk champion.

Griffin will appear at Orange County Sports Cards in Anaheim, Calif., this Saturday beginning at 2 p.m. (PST), presenting fans and collectors with the rare chance to meet one of the most popular and talented athletes on the planet.

“We are absolutely thrilled to be able to partner with Blake for this truly unique opportunity,” says Brian Bayne, the Memorabilia Business Manager for Panini America. “Superstars of Blake’s magnitude rarely do public autograph signings. But as everyone who comes out Saturday will learn, Blake is not your typical megastar.”

The signing will be limited to just 250 autographs and many tickets have already been pre-sold. Customers are encouraged to order their tickets now through Orange Country Sports Cards to ensure an autograph. The cost is $125 per autograph with a $50 charge for inscriptions.

Although fans can bring their own items to be signed, Orange County will have officially licensed Griffin 16 by 20 photographs available. In addition, the store offers a wide selection of Panini Authentic signed memorabilia from an impressive roster that includes Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant and John Wall.
