Panini Customer Service and Black Box Redemption Set for The National 2025

Panini is primed for a wide-ranging presence at the 2025 National Sports Card Convention. From Silver Packs to Kids Crates to plenty of other goodies, Panini will once again be a staple of the convention. And yes, that also includes customer service. The CS crew is ready to not only meet and help as many customers as possible, but do so with care and with the collector in mind.

This isn’t our first rodeo. Panini’s Customer Service has been present at The National for longer than a decade. It’s allowed the hard-working group to continue improving your experience and provide the best customer service you’ll find at the convention.

Returning is the Black Box Redemption exchange program. It gives collectors that own a redemption over 120 days old the opportunity to exchange for a 1-of-1 Panini Black Box (or boxes) at our booth. The Black Box gives you a guaranteed mystery on-card autograph exclusive to the event.

For the first time, there will be booklets in Black Boxes. These will span coveted sets such as Flawless and National Treasures, and feature some can’t-miss players (including rookies) with gorgeous patches. Initially, collectors will have to cut open their one touch to reveal a booklet. Should you reveal one, make sure to head back to our booth, where our team will have it sealed in a display one-touch for free.

Be sure to schedule an appointment before visiting the Panini Booth. This will be the fourth year that one is necessary, and they benefit all involved, allowing customer service to see as many people as possible throughout the event and help ensure that customers won’t be stuck waiting in long lines.

The 2025 National Sports Card Convention runs from July 30 through August 3 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
