Collectors over the years have had fun chasing down some of the greatest NFL Draft minds of all time that have dotted many a checklist in the fabled Fans of the Game sets. With the 2013 NFL Draft set to begin tonight at Radio City Music Hall, here’s a tribute to some of the Rookie Cards produced over the years from some of the key faces you will see tonight.

From Chris Berman to Mel Kiper to Chris Mortensen and seemingly every ESPN football face in between, not to mention NFL Network’s Rich Eisen, Fans of the Game was a true trailblazer of a set that still resonates all these years later — but especially on a night like tonight. Enjoy.

    1. I believe his hair is it’s own entity that is capable of withstanding the impact of a nuclear blast, like a cockroach or Cher it will live on beyond all of us!

  2. I really miss these. I like the addition of a sports persobality to a product. We watch then as much as the athletes

    1. Thanks, it was a fun set to put together. They gave us creative freedom to get whoever we wanted, so that’s why you see so many different names/faces…
