Panini Unwrapped ‘How To’ Video Explores 2014 NHL Player of the Day Hobby Kits

To help participating hobby shops and interested collectors best take advantage of Panini America's 2014 NHL Player of the Day program, our very own Scott Prusha sat down yesterday with one of the all-inclusive program kits that are being delivered to participating hobby shops this week. In addition to going over everything included in the kits (store signage, store bags, T-shirts, packs of 2013-14 Score Hockey, program-exclusive NHL POD packs and more), Prusha also offers some helpful tips on how the NHL POD program should be run.

  1. These are things that are bringing the ‘hobby’ back. Panini is standing alone on this. Bringing in the younger kids. Thanks to Scott and and all the gang at Panini who contribute and are building the excitement back for everyone. They were gracious with some items at past Expo’s in Toronto and after hoarding them for a bit, I was able to use some items as prizes for kids the hockey team of 7 year olds I coach, now they are all hunting for Panini products in the local area and even asking when the next card show is. These are kids whose parents may not have collected, and even if they did, the kids had little interest before. Now it’s Panini that is the brand they chase.

  2. Thank you Scott for a great video. Just a question. The POD promotion only works in the stores? Or could I buy online from the store and still win?
