Panini America created quite a splash a few weeks back with the preliminary first look at a completely revamped Prizm Football for the 2014 season -- and that splash had quite a lot to do with the staggering amount of colors planned for 2014 Prizm Football when it releases early next month. Boasting more Prizm parallels than ever before, the product promises to have player collectors chasing the Prizm rainbow all season long.

In addition to the traditional Prizm inclusions such as Green and Blue, 2014 Prizm Football also will deliver exciting new Prizm versions such as Team Logo, NFL, Panini, BCA Pink, Neon Yellow/Green and the technicolor beauty of Tie-Dye Prizms. From the beginning, the Prizm technology always has been more mesmerizing in person than on a mocked-up digital image. Uncut sheets, however, can often tell a different story. That’s certainly the case today.
Yesterday, we got the glorious opportunity to spend some quality time between the uncut sheets of 2014 Prizm Football, including our first live look at some of the aforementioned new Prizms. The gallery below offers a glimpse into what we saw and should set the stage for the glory to come when the product arrives in early October.
Enjoy the sneak peek and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for additional coverage.
