The good-spirited, sharp-dressed St. Louis contingent — Kevin Shattenkirk, T.J. Oshie, David Backes, David Perron, Jaden Schwartz and Vladimir Tarasenko — kept the session fun and lively, littered with laughs and bold, indelible penmanship. The cards that seemed to resonate most with the Blues on this particular night were the popular Social Signatures inserts being inscribed by Shattenkirk, Oshie and Perron. The cards will be inserted across several different Panini America releases.
Clearly, the Twitter-inspired trading cards had the trio of Blues in a social-media mood . . .
Check out my cool twitter card @paniniamerica ! Just did a signing for them here in Dallas, had fun! twitter.com/DP_57/status/2…

For what it’s worth, the signing with Panini America seemed to work wonders as pre-game inspiration. One day later, Perron contributed two goals and an assist in the Blues’ triumph over Dallas; Shattenkirk and Tarasenko also assisted on goals.
You can check out a quick, revealing gallery of the signing session below; and be sure to stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for additional updates on Panini America’s upcoming 2012-13 NHL trading card plans.
Now thats a swanky basement. Love the social signatures, a very cool way to connect fans with sportspeople they may not follow on twitter.
Social Sigs is a really cool set, Kevin Shattenkirk has a great signature too
Was tarasenko signing next season’s cards already?
Is Tarasenko doing signings? Since he a rookie hes not supposed to right? Who are the other players , Perron Oshie Shattenkirk and but who the two other guys
Oh nevermind i saw the comments updated so its backes schwartz and Tarasenko… yet again like i said, Tarasenko is a rookie , your going against the reglementation of the rookie rule from the NHLPA No?
If you look, Tarasenko appears to just be signing a sheet of stickers. Nothing wrong with that…
I’d be thrilled if got my last year’s Landeskob/Nuggent-Hopkins auto. Just saying…
Loving the Social Signatures inserts. Thanks for bringing something new to the trading card industry yet again.
alright I have searched non-stop but cannot figure out what hotel is this?
Awesome, Lets Go Blues!!!
This is what makes Panini so kool & popular. Not that you get players to sign great cards (although, that’s kool in & of itself), no, the koolest thing is how you make public the signing sessions, with pictures and stories about what happens at them. It does nothing but good for the hobby in general and builds up real strong credibilty specifically for Panini.
Great Job.
