  1. Oh Man this product looks sooooo nice!! I cant wait to bust some open! My personal collection is at least 85% Contenders and gas been since 2006. Its what i wait for every year and I’m gonna go off this year! I want one of those ODB cracked Ice cards!! I’m salivating right now!!
I love this years design.. so clean! I like how the Contenders logo color matches the players team colors too… So cool!
    Thanks Panini!! #AboveTheRest

    1. There will be some points cards and some redemptions of the bigger players that didn’t make it back in time for packout. Having said that, the vast majority of autographs will be live in product.

  2. I can’t wait to get my hands on the 2014 contender’s, this year is by far the best design of all the contender Football cards yet.

  3. Wish I had waited for Contenders instead of Chrome Football. What a pile of junk from that was. I’ll be in some group breaks since I don’t have enough $$$ left after getting bent by Topps to buy a case.

  4. Good to see the vast majority of the key rookies signed live and on-card for this perennial favorite, Contenders looks to pack quite a hobby punch again in 2014. Thanks Tracy!

  5. every card can’t be called a rookie card…. there used to be only one rookie card per each of Topps, UD or Donruss – its way past the point of now being redic… Panini’s rookie cards were in their first release Prestige.. everything else is a first year card
