  1. Couple of real good ones in there, I’ll be on the lookout for some of the Mirror Emerald parallels of the Colts players to hit the secondary market. Thanks Tracy!

  2. Wow! Love this product! Wished someone had gotten me some for my birthday this week 🙁 micro etched awesomeness

  3. Yes please! Got my case ready to break w breaks for fun @breaksforfun ! I can’t wait! The Joe Adams you guys pulled looks really nice! Osweiler is my fav tho! I collect qb’s so that’s a must have for me! Great job!

  4. Just curious, but on the sell sheet it says one rookie on-card autograph per box and you guys opened two boxes with no on-card autographs. Aren’t the Adams and Osweiler supposed to be on-card just like last year’s?

  5. Wow!
I always see the improvement ones the football sets are out compared to basketball
Kudos to Panini for making some tweaks

Honestly would like it the other way around!

Anyway, love Panini Basketball All the way!

    Mamba out!

  6. Wow, I wonder how many other people looked at this and didn’t notice that…very interesting point (@ Rob Soltis)…I was thinking about buying one box for fun while I save for my case of 2012 NT, but I might have just changed my mind with all the on-card auto’s in NT compared to what you just noticed here…nothing against TC as it looks AWESOME, and I love collecting those gold parallel patches (as the guy above stated about the Dalton), but NT this year looks like it may go down as one of the best single products ever produced, with how good this years rookie class is, plus ALLLL those LOVELY on-card autos in the galleries, but keep delaying it…seriously…no joke…get as many on card as you can and give me an extra couple weeks to save up hahahahaha. Thanks for the preview Tracy, but just out of curiosity do you have any update on an estimate for the release dates for Playbook and NT?
    Thanks!!!!

      1. Thanks Tracy! Perfect timing w/ the tax refund coming somewhere in that week of the 8th!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!! CAN’T WAIT!!!! Want to actually pull a Jerry Rice auto baaaaadddddddd (bought 2 from 2011 Five Star & ’11 NT), those previews got me drooling hahahahaha. Now, I know I’m going to be a pain in the butt here since I should have asked in my first post but do you have a starting MSRP for NT? I’ve seen everything from $1,600/case-$2,200/case in the secondary market for pre-sells already. Thanks so much for your time Tracy, we (loyal, hard-working customers) greatly appreciate all the effort you put into helping us out here and bringing us the best information possible.

  7. My wife and I are in our 40’s. We’ve just started collecting football cards in mid-December of 2012, I may add; “We went into this hobby with a running start”. Among the many hits, my wife is a proud owner of a Panini Black gold auto, 2 color patch of A. Luck. So she naturally insist that the next hobby box will contain a RGIII auto, relic! She has gone through 4 Totally Certified hobby boxes. Yes! She is Totally Insane! Pun Intended! To no avail! We both are amazed by the base cards that incorporates micro etching technology, the base cards are so beautifully designed I almost thought they were hits! Totally Certified leans on the side of veteran players, I am extremely pleased by this, I realize the financial gains are in the Luck, RGIII, Wilson, Martin cards respectively but to see a Collinsworth, Largent, and a Kosar was absolutely shocking! Maybe a Brett Favre? I AM BIASED ON FAVRE! One of our favorite hits is a A. Morris Red Platinum auto, with a women’s intuition my wife commented that his penmanship looked feminine, and that most men have atrocious penmanship! It’s possible, due to this fact that his cards will be more sought after? Another hit that 8 months ago would have not been considered a hit was a Blue Platinum relic of Superbowl Champion and MVP, Joe Flacco. And finally, my wife’s disdain in redemptions, her next big hit turned out to be a R. Wilson Red Platinum auto relic. She actually had 3 total. Which should arrive at the start of the 2013 NFL Season! While at the hobby shop she eyed a 2012 Panini Playbook! I mentioned that at $190.00, it contained 4 packs, 1 card per pack, 4 cards per hobby box! She smiled! Can anyone say; “Women’s Intuition”?
