Teaser Gallery: Panini America Breaks Two Early Boxes of 2014 Elite Football

Panini America 2014 Elite Football Teaser (4)

By this time tomorrow, collectors across North America will have started cracking the first boxes of 2014 Elite Football, discovering a wealthy share of the iconic chases that have come to define the brand over the last 15 years or so. Long-adored inserts such as Throwback Threads, Passing the Torch Autographs, Aspirations, Status and Turn of the Century parallels remain viable pursuits all these years later.

But 2014 Elite Football also is bolstered by the inclusion of more-recent additions like the laser-cut Profiles and Plexiglas Clarity inserts and the spindle-mounted Down & Distance memorabilia cards. Each box of 2014 Elite Football delivers two autographs, two memorabilia cards and three numbered Rookie Cards on average.

Earlier today, we busted two quick boxes to give collectors an idea of what to expect when the product releases tomorrow. The following gallery takes you pack by pack through that experience. Enjoy the gallery and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage.

  1. Looks like a top notch product. I’m almost burned out on the Turn of the Century stuff now, however. I expect those to Be Gone soon. Any different colored ink auto reports yet?

  2. Really nice cards. As simple as it sounds, I really love the blue color used on the Ka’Deem Carey auto. Actually the greens are sharp as well. And the Clarity cards are way sweet.

  3. Its July and the Contenders 2013 RPS auto SP list still hasnt been released. Lets work on that instead of new products.

  4. Another outstanding release, Elite has great variety and value every year. The prime hits in these boxes were excellent and the Clarity inserts really stand out. Thanks Tracy!

  5. Why are there no Cris Carter/Adrian Peterson dual cards????? Great combos can be made of players in the jersey inventory! John Randle/peterson/carter/tarkenton all recent players with jersey cards. It took forever for a John Randle/Cris Carter
