Teaser Gallery: Panini America Breaks Two Early Boxes of New 2014 Select Football

Panini America 2014 Select Football Teaser (1)

This time tomorrow, Panini America’s 2014 Select Football will be the subject of wrapper-ripping good times in hobby shops across North America as collectors get their first crack at the product on release day. But just a little bit ago, we got the party started early by grabbing two random early boxes. The Teaser Gallery that follows takes you pack by pack through the process.

Each master hobby box of 2014 Select Football (packaged as two 10-pack mini boxes) delivers four autograph or memorabilia cards and vibrant array of powerful Prizm parallels. It should be noted that one of our two boxes yielded three autographs and one memorabilia card. We also pulled two of the Selections interactive inserts.

One thing we didn’t find in our break? One of the Rookie Mojo Mini Boxes that fall roughly once per case. You can check out everything we uncovered in the following gallery that details our 20-pack, two-box break. Enjoy the preview and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage of 2014 Select Football.

  1. I don’t care how nice these cards are, I’m not buying them until I see a stupid checklist. I don’t know why you can’t just post a checklist a week in advance. That is what the people want to see! We don’t want to see images from 2 boxes, we want to see a list of the whole product!

  2. That’s usually Topps thing John. They seem to not be able to get out of the Cold War Era where we still wait for a checklist even after the product releases because they think it’s so Top Secret. Like we don’t know that the same rookies are in almost every product. Which brings me to this….Another football release another rookie auto..yada, yada, yada!

    1. Agree with way too many products that are just causing me to get bored with it. It’s become quantity over quality these days and the quantity means more money for them and less quality for us. Starting to ring the bell again of 80’s/90s all over again. Any person that says that they love having a thousand versions of a player they collect spanning 50 product lines is insane.
